  On your busier nights or afternoons, your wait line can be your worst enemy. It's great to see people lining up to buy your product, but guests simply do not like waiting. Of course, your dedicated clientele will usually be patient, but patience can wear thin for even the most dedicated. Adam will work your wait line with professional precision, keeping your clients entertained while your serving staff busses and clears tables.
• In your pre-seating lounge.
